chicken wings are one of the most eaten starters. here is the recipe to make it.
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp paprika
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp kosher salt
4 pounds chicken wings
¼ cup butter
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Grease a large baking sheet with oil.
take a large bowl, combine the baking powder, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
take the chicken wings and mix until well-coated. Spread the wings into an even layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes until the skin gets golden brown colour and the internal temperature rises.
Transfer the wings into the large mixing bowl, reserving the drippings.
Then take small mixing bowl, whisk together butter and reserved drippings.
Add the butter mixture to the bowl with the chicken wings, mix to coat.
