procedure to follow: 1.Wash the chicken pieces properly and drain off completely.
2.add the chicken, ginger and garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt into the bowl.
3.And also add cumin powder, garam masala powder, chicken masala powder, one spoon oil and then mix it well.
4.Marinate the chicken pieces for at least 15 minutes in thwe bow.
5.So that the chicken will absorb the spices copmpletly and it will give a delicious taste.
6.take a pan over a medium flame, add oil and cook chicken mixture with water.
7.Fry until the water gets completely evaporated. Now our chicken will becomes soft.
8.Check it by pinching the piece if it breaks into pieces that means our chicken is almost ready.
9.Now dry the chicken in a low flame,stir for 10 minutes till chicken turns into golden brown colour and coated with all the spices .
10.To avoid burning stir well at the middle. Crispy Chicken fry is ready to serve.
