shawarma is one of  the best  dishes of all time

INGREDIENTS 1 tbsp  cumin 1 tbsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp  coriander 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp paprika ½ tsp ground cloves

½ tsp  pepper 8 boneless  chicken thighs 2 large onion 1 large lemon ⅓ cup olive oil

steps: 1.take a bowl and mix the cumin, turmeric, coriander, garlic powder, sweet paprika and cloves.

2.take the chicken in a bowl. place the shwarma spices and mix it well. Add the onions, lemon juice and olive oil. 

3. mix everything properly. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight .

4.remove the chicken out of the fridge and let it be in the room temperature for a few minutes

5.Spread the whole marinated chicken with the onions in one layer on oiled baking sheet pan.

6.Roast the chicken for atleast 25 to 30  minutes in the oven. 

7.For a more browned, crispy chicken, move the pan to the top rack and apply heat very carefully .

 8.serve Chicken shawarma in pita pockets with salad and sauces.
